Vaccine World is a VR experience for the HTC Vive used in a University of Georgia research study. The interactive experience shows participants the potential consequences of skipping the annual influenza vaccine. It also includes two mini scenes that take place inside the human body. These scenes not only educate users on the influenza vaccine and the body’s immune system, but they also engage users by making them a part of the body’s immune system and allowing them to defend against the influenza virus firsthand. I collaborated with a team that included programmers and designers to complete this project.
